RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1. RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges of both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:
- Timeline: Items must be mailed back within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for new, unused items in unopened original packaging, with original tags and labels attached.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Request RMA: Email customer service at support@arabianveil.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Item: Include a handwritten note with your RMA number inside the package. Protect the unopened product with suitable outer packaging; do not mail it in product packaging alone.
- Mail Package: Returns are accepted by mail only. Send your package to the address provided by our support team. For authorized returns and exchanges, we cover return shipping and charge no restocking or additional fees.
3. REFUNDS
- Inspection & Processing: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
- Processing Time: Most refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Posting Timeline: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
- Notification: We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us to authorize a return or exchange. The condition, mailing, and packaging requirements above apply.
